This piece is beautiful in its very own way. The detailed outfit draws the eyes very quickly towards it, but the face is also highly detailed and attention catching. You did a very good job on the detailed hands, but make sure to carry out that same detailedness throughout the piece to bring in all together. The detailed hair is a pleasure to see, for not a lot of people pay enough attention the creating the flowing texture that you have. The wings in the background, I think you should highlight them a little more to better create the effect that those are hers.
